Three Simple Shoulder Exercises for Strength and Conditioning

Everyone in the Triangle enjoys activity. A walk in the park, a bike ride in the neighborhood, and a trip to the gym are all common activities from Durham to Apex to Raleigh. We live every single day through our choices and responsibilities. In many situations, especially on the weekends, we can sometimes overdo it. If we play informal sports or a short run, there is always an opportunity to get hurt when we least expect it. Sometimes injuries to our shoulders, ankles, backs and knees are just aggravating and relatively minor in nature.  In time, everything gets back to normal.
